A few weeks back, we obtained a Recommended Agency Status with the Drum. An incredible achievement for a digital marketing agency in its first year of trading. Our aim is to continue to keep things moving forward and look into other ways to offer extra value to our customers. So what next? One of our most popular services is our website design and development; so far, since we started up, we have launched over 20 websites! So we got our heads together and started to think about how we could develop this part of our business.

Out of the websites we have built around 60% of these were using a platform called Wix. Wix is one of the world's fastest-growing cloud-based development services and currently hosts over 160 million websites globally. The technology that powers Wix offers robust and intuitive tools to help businesses create websites that stand out from the crowd. Wix is also an all-in-one website solution and comes with additional tools such as the excellent Ascend Business Tools, which serve as a great CRM.
One area that Wix stands out in is how easy it is for customers to use. The dashboard is so well designed that updating content, checking performance and responding to customers is a breeze.
But by far, the best thing about Wix is it allows our team to build great-looking websites, which are rock solid and have excellent performance (a critical element and ranking factor in Google’s Core Web Vitals update). We use Editor X - a much more powerful version of the standard Wix editor, to create some great-looking websites for our clients.
Wix is a hugely popular platform that offers total creative freedom but is also incredibly easy for customers to use.
To achieve partner status with Wix, you have to reach certain milestones. These are based on how many websites are created using their tools and how many packages are purchased.
Six months later, we have finally reached our goal, and we are delighted to announce that we have now secured full Wix partner status!
The Wix Partner Program is a new loyalty programme exclusively designed for freelancers and agencies. The programme is a platform for WIX customers to seek support with their website from agencies (such as us). Joining the program will allow us access to a range of benefits, enabling us to provide a much better experience to our customers. Some of the benefits include:
Dedicated account manager: We have our account manager (Dana). Dana is on hand to help us with any technical queries, customer questions, new feature requests, training and support.
Marketplace eligibility: We can now advertise our digital marketing services on the marketplace to 1000s of potential Wix customers within the UK
Custom branding: To assist with our brand recognition efforts, we can include our logo on all dashboards and tiles to make it easier for customers to contact our team for support.
With Wix Editor X we are able to create incredibly fast websites, that look incredible and work across multiple devices
