Term of Service
By accepting the provided quote, you enter into an agreement with LoudLocal for the services described therein. The commencement of services is contingent upon receipt of payment and will continue on a monthly basis unless either the Client (referred to as "you") or the Agency (referred to as "us") requests service cancellation. Alternatively, if a specific payment term has been arranged, the service will initiate on the agreed-upon date.
We are committed to delivering our digital marketing services, as outlined in your quote, which may include one or more of the following:
(a) Monthly retainer for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
(b) Ad-hoc support for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
(c) Website design.
(d) Website retainer.
(e) Social Media Management.
(f) Paid Advertising.
(g) Digital Marketing Consultation.
(h) Digital Marketing Training.
(i) Hourly charges based on our services.
(j) Digital Marketing Strategy.
Where applicable, we will diligently track the hours invested and provide you with a detailed monthly breakdown of the work completed, including the hours allocated to your services.
Our Agency operates on an hourly rate, affording you flexibility to adjust service hours according to your business requirements. Any necessary adjustments due to workload will be discussed and confirmed during our monthly call, and these changes will be reflected in your invoice.
Payment methods are convenient and straightforward. You can make payments online via credit/debit card by clicking the 'Pay now' button on the provided quote. Alternatively, we accept payments through direct debit or BACS. For BACS payments, please use the following details:

Should you prefer to pay via direct debit, please inform us, and we will provide the necessary instructions to facilitate the process, ensuring a seamless payment experience for you.
In the event of a monthly payment arrangement for website design services, you hereby commit to making monthly payments via direct debit or credit/debit card, as specified in the payment plan delineated within the provided quote. The monthly payment amount may be subject to modification to accommodate your evolving requirements.
In the event of delayed payments, please be aware that the Agency retains the prerogative to reduce or temporarily suspend services. It is important to note that delayed payment of fees does not automatically result in the complete cancellation of the agreement. Any such cancellation would necessitate a separate, written agreement between both parties.
Third-party costs associated with social media platform pages (including but not limited to ad spend) and any applications required for website development are not included. However, we will recommend suitable applications for your project, providing cost details upfront.
You will have the final say in approving these application costs and can choose to pay the third party directly or reimburse us for the expenses. We will guide you through the process every step of the way.
(i) Management of adding or removing products unless a monthly retainer has been purchased
(ii) Updating of content on the website unless a monthly retainer has been purchased
(iii) System integration between the website and the supplier system
Website Technical Support
In the event that a website package has been procured, this agreement ensures the provision of technical support throughout the initial year. Technical support encompasses the following services:
1) Vigilantly monitoring website security.
2) Promptly rectifying broken links.
3) Updating plugins and themes when deemed necessary. Should the Client encounter any challenges with the aforementioned services, they may conveniently reach out to the Agency for issue resolution at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
4) Creation and storage of backups.
5) Optimization of website performance.
6) Conducting content audits and/or content creation.
7) Ongoing Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
It is important to note that the services listed under exclusions (4, 5, 6, 7) are available as separate monthly retainers, should the need arise at any point during the duration of this agreement. We encourage you to discuss your specific requirements with your designated account manager.
The contract does not have a fixed duration, offering you the flexibility to terminate it at your discretion. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request cancellation. Please note that any services already rendered are non-refundable, and a minimum of 30 days' notice is required for termination.
Rest assured that we will maintain strict confidentiality regarding your company's information, customer data, and financial records. Your privacy is a top priority for us. On occasion, we may seek to share case studies or client feedback. While we generally seek your input in such cases, full editorial approval may not always be necessary. We value your input in these matters.
As our esteemed client, you acknowledge that our relationship is one of collaboration and professionalism rather than employment. Timely and open communication is vital, and you agree to promptly respond to our queries, requests, or communications. Our goal is to work together effectively and harmoniously. In cases where we are designing your website, we seek your absolute satisfaction. Before making the website live, we invite you to conduct a final review at each completion stage, offering an opportunity to suggest changes, share your insights, or request revisions, ensuring that everything aligns with your vision.
If your business is VAT registered, please provide relevant information. In the absence of VAT proof, we will assume VAT exemption for our services.
Materials and Information
When providing content, including photos if necessary, for your website, it is crucial that the source material is clear and easily comprehensible. Your input plays a pivotal role in the effective delivery of our services. We believe in keeping you involved throughout the website creation process, seeking your approval at key developmental stages. Please bear in mind that once we reach the final stage, structural changes to the website may not be feasible. Your collaboration is highly appreciated.
Kindly understand that any additional work beyond the scope of this agreement will be evaluated and priced separately, often requiring a separate quote. We greatly appreciate your understanding and request for reasonable notice for such requests and projects. This ensures that we can meet your expectations and maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality work. Occasionally, we may seek clarification to ensure alignment. Your cooperation is instrumental in achieving optimal results.
Office Hours and Communication
Our agency maintains offices in London and Kenilworth. Whenever practical, we can schedule meetings in advance at either our office or your location.
We kindly request that you consider our operational hours, which are Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, excluding national Bank Holidays. If there is a need for calls or meetings outside these hours, we will discuss it in advance and accommodate them based on our availability. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
