Taster

Case study Taster

Taster needed local SEO support at scale and a clearer website for its franchise offer. We worked with its team on business-location information, website design and connections with HubSpot.

The brief

Taster came to LoudLocal through a referral from another SEO agency. The requirement covered a growing network of locations and a website aimed at potential business partners.

The work needed to address immediate issues while putting a more manageable approach in place for new locations. We discussed the requirements with the team and agreed a plan around their goals and budget.

Bringing location information together

A database was designed around the information needed for Google Business Profiles. Data from Taster's internal system was brought into that structure for the initial upload.

Locations were then organised by country, with verification work carried out using the processes available at the time. The project established more than 300 verified locations across Europe.

Website design and usability

The website work focused on speed, usability and Taster's business-to-business audience. Pages were designed around its new branding, with a dedicated page for each brand and clearer information about becoming a partner.

The structure made the content easier to navigate and understand. Layouts were reviewed across mobile and tablet, with feedback from the Taster team throughout.

Integrations and translations

HubSpot forms connected the website enquiries with Taster's customer-management setup. Editable content tools gave the team a more practical way to make updates.

French and Spanish translations were added across the website, with Taster's team helping to keep the wording accurate and consistent.

The outcome

Following launch, Taster reported increased business enquiries, B2B leads and website traffic. The location-management work also made adding and updating restaurants more efficient.

"It's looking fantastic and I know how much hard work went into it. I'm excited to see our traffic soar and soar now."

Kate, Head of Marketing

Close communication helped the project feel like a shared effort. The website and local information could be considered together, with both teams involved in the decisions.
