Ann and Phil needed a brand and website for their new pie business. Starting with a logo, we worked together on a complete identity and a practical Wix Studio website.
After running a pub, Ann and Phil wanted to develop a business around their homemade pies and locally sourced ingredients. They knew the products, but needed a hand bringing the brand online.
The first request was for a logo. As we got to know the business, the work grew to include the wider identity and a website that could show the range and tell customers where to find them.
The logo needed to feature the pies and include pink, which was important to Ann. Our team developed five concepts, then worked through the options with Ann and Phil.
The chosen design used a heart to reflect the personal care behind the business. Several versions were created for different backgrounds and uses, from the website to labels and market-stall banners.
The logo informed the colours, fonts, imagery and bespoke icons. A warm palette reflected the family business and gave the marketing materials a consistent look.
The identity needed to work beyond the website, including packaging and the materials Ann and Phil used at markets.
The website brought the pie range and ingredient information into a clear menu. Icons helped visitors identify products and understand key business details.
Ann and Phil also wanted to share market dates without adding a difficult new task. A Google Calendar connection provided a practical way to keep those dates updated on the website.
Their chosen charity was included in the content, alongside the story behind the business. Our team supported the wording with Ann and Phil, so it reflected their own knowledge and voice.
The pages were reviewed on mobile and desktop, with technical SEO, social connections and a Google Business Profile setup included in the work.
The completed five-page website covered Home, Our Pies, Our Story, Our Calendar and Contact Us. The build was completed in three weeks.
"Loudlocal are amazing, they did such an amazing job for us on our logo design and so much more, they are all so helpful and even now are still helping with every question I throw at them 1000% recommend this company."
