About Our Digital Marketing Training Packages

Unlike traditional training formats, at LoudLocal, we do things differently. We train at your pace, giving you the time to digest what you have learnt. We will use real life examples to help you understand and industry experience to teach you.

We provide training in groups or on a one-to-one basis. Our training sessions can take place online, onsite or at an alternative location. Some of our customers have been trained online and some prefer to get away from the office and use an alternative location during group sessions. Either way, we will work around your preference.

Individual Training

Step 1: Book the training hours you need online (if you’re unsure give us a shout and we will talk through it with you).

Step 2: Once booked, our team will contact you to understand which area of digital marketing you’re looking to learn and how you prefer to learn (online or face to face). We will also detail your training goals/objectives and agree on training dates/times to suit you (evening sessions available if required at no additional cost).

Step 3: Start learning!

Notes About Our Online Training: 

  • Hours can be bought in blocks from 1-10 hours 
  • Hours never expire 
  • The minimum session length for an online training session is 1 hour. For face to face digital marketing training, the minimum is 4 hours. 
  • Can be used for online or on-site training
  • Hours booked solely used for training
  • Regular checks during the session to ensure you understand what is being taught

What happens after I place my order

During working hours a member of the team will contact you within the next 24 hours (usually quicker) to go through the setup process, answer any of your questions and start getting everything up and running. If you want to speak to us sooner then please call us on 0330 088 1544

Please note that our working hours are Monday-Friday 9 am until 5 pm (with an early finish at 4:30 pm on a Friday).

If you place an order during weekends or bank holidays, we will be in touch as soon as we reopen.

How do you communicate with clients on progress? Do you use any tool or resource to share information?

We use an array of communication methods to make sure you are aware of where we are. We will arrange a call/meeting/update email based on your pretences. Some clients prefer us to have weekly calls, to run through progress updates on projects, while some clients will only want monthly updates or reports.

​Do you require advance payments for your services?

For bespoke services, we may need advance payments, depending on the project or service. Our online packages do require a payment upfront, followed by monthly or annual payments.

How do you bill for expenses? Are they invoiced or marked-up?

Most expenses are marked up and included in the cost. Where they are not marked up, we will let you know of the price and ensure we receive approval from you in the first instance and include it in your invoice. Where an expense is substantial, we will bill you before purchasing.

Expenses that may be billed separately include any advertising spend (such as Google or Facebook). We do this so you maintain 100% control over your own account and can see exactly how much things cost.

We will always update you about any expected spending before we commence any activity.

​Who will have the creative control?

You will have full creative control.

Would you reassess my own strategy or ideas?

If you need support with building a marketing strategy, we will work with you to assess and create one. The best thing about working with us is that we will present ideas, suggest improvements and provide an objective opinion where relevant and if you want us to.

We are a support service and here to help you with anything digital marketing related. Think of us as your “external digital marketing team”

Can you guarantee results within a specific timeframe?

We will be realistic with your potential results. However, we cannot always guarantee a specific outcome (such as ranking, ROI, number of likes on a post), hence why marketing efforts are an investment that can mature at different times.

We will be transparent with you and work with you to achieve your goal. As part of our Happiness Guarantee, we will work with you and ensure you’re happy with our products and services.

How often will results be reported?

Frequency will depend on the package/service chosen (it will usually indicate this in the features section above).

​We can provide bespoke monthly performance reports which include all the metrics that are important to you. Your Account Manager will spend time taking you through these reports explaining all the data, performance metrics and the work we’ve been doing. 

​Do I have to sign up to a contract?

One thing we try to avoid at LoudLocal is excessively long contracts. We try to keep these as short as, with as few barriers as possible if you decide to move to a different agency.

We do this as we want our service to be the reason you stay with us, not a long contract!

Some of our products do have contractual periods (such as websites). But we clearly specify the length of these contracts upfront.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

As long as we haven’t started work on your order we will provide a full and immediate refund. Unless instructed otherwise, work will commence after the initial introductory call. If work has started (such as we are already underway building your website) then you are covered under our “Happiness Guarantee”
