Why should I choose LoudLocal over another marketing agency?
We specialise in local marketing where you are. Having over 15 years of marketing experience brings a wealth of knowledge, which means you can trust our experts in working with your business to amplify your marketing.
Pride in all things local
We pride ourselves on working with local communities and doing what we can to support local businesses. We understand not every business is the same, which is why we believe it’s essential to listen to our customers and truly understand their business needs. Our passion and drive in this area and working with local businesses are second to none.
Why choose LoudLocal when I can hire a digital marketing person in-house?
There are pros and cons to employing someone to manage your digital marketing. It all depends on what your business needs are and what your business strategy is.
Hiring in-house may result in the individual excelling in one area, such as branding design. Still, they may not have experience or the ability to execute social media strategy, digital strategy, email campaigns, ad placement, storyboarding and more. Meaning, what your staff produce may not meet your expectations and it will take longer to achieve your goals.
We take our experience across multiple industries and successfully apply the best ideas – and more for your business. We’re here to help you grow and just like you – we love to succeed!
Hiring in-house means you have to take on the responsibility and costs of advertising for a vacancy, hiring and managing the individual(s). With LoudLocal, you don’t have to worry about this because we take care of this. Your labour costs will be lower. You will also have fewer obligations and get more for your money. Most of all, it frees up your time to manage your business.
Sometimes it’s hard to see the wood for the trees when you’re so close to managing your business’s ins and outs operationally. Working with LoudLocal is a great way to get a balanced perspective, which will ensure the best possible position for your company’s growth.
How do you communicate with clients on progress? Do you use any tool or resource to share information?
We use an array of communication methods to make sure you are aware of where we are. We’ll arrange a call/meeting/update email based on what you prefer. Some clients prefer us to have weekly calls, to run through progress updates on projects, while some clients will only want monthly updates or reports.
Do you require advance payments for your services?
For bespoke services, we may need advance payments, depending on the project or service. Our online packages do require a payment upfront, followed by monthly or annual payments.
Who do I call if I have a problem or need help?
How do you bill for expenses? Are they invoiced or marked-up?
Most expenses are marked up and included in the cost. Where they are not marked up, we will let you know of the price and ensure we receive approval from you in the first instance and include it in your invoice. Where an expense is substantial, we will bill you before purchasing.
Who will have the creative control?
You will have full creative control.
Would you reassess my own strategy or ideas?
If you need support with building a marketing strategy, we will work with you to assess and create one. The best thing about working with us is that we will present ideas, suggest improvements and provide an objective opinion where relevant and if you want us to.
What do you consider a project? Do you charge extra for such? If you do, how much?
A project is a change to the current marketing methods—for example, a new product launch, email campaign, promotional offers and more.
We have a wide range of services that can support you with projects. We even have a qualified PRINCE2 Agile project manager to hand.
It is hard to define a price without knowing the bespoke services you will require. If you are after a price, please get in touch and we’ll provide you with a quote.
What do you mean by Social Media Marketing?
Social Media Marketing (SMM) is a term used to describe promoting your business on various online platforms. Users can create and share content. They can participate in discussions publicly and in private communities.
The use of social media is an opportunity to connect with your audience, to build your brand, increase website or local traffic and increase sales.
There are many social media channels to choose from, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
We will help you understand which platforms work best for your business, how to get the best out of each platform and where to invest your budget.
When will I see initial results from Social Media Management efforts?
From the beginning, it generally takes 6 – 18 months to see initial results, although this can vary from business to business.
You may be able to increase your chances of seeing results sooner. It will involve a more robust social media strategy, more investment, more planning and more time spent on each aspect of social media. It is one of those areas where shortcuts are not advisable and will not bring benefits sooner.
The key is to stick to it and not deviate from it if you feel you’re not getting anywhere within a couple of months – This will take time, but it will ultimately be worth every effort.
The above is presuming you have a strong social media strategy. What if you don’t have this? Then that is OK. We will work with you to pull this together and guide you with our expertise.
Once you start seeing meaningful results, you will notice the integration between social media elements, such as content strategy, paid media, web design, email techniques, develop substantially.
Why do I need Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) on my website?
The majority of people will find what they’re looking for on the first page of search engine results. With Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), your website or local business can appear on the first page. What does this mean for you? In a nutshell, SEO helps customers reach your business and improves your rankings across key search engines, such as Google, Bing and more. The optimisation is unpaid (organic), unlike Pay Per Click or ad spend – so why would you not take advantage of this!
It builds a foundation to bring more traffic to your website or local store and creates an opportunity for conversions and leads. SEO also builds your brand’s trust and credibility over time, which is essential for your business.
Optimising a site is a complex and often challenging process. It takes time, planning and much patience to achieve the results you want. That is why we are here!
We will work with you to create an SEO strategy (if you haven’t already got one) to improve your businesses’ local and online presence. We will help you appear more prominently in online directories such as Google Maps, Google my business, Facebook local and more. We will handle all the complex tasks such as backlinks, link building, improving mobile user-friendliness and so much more.
How will I know if my SEO campaign is working?
As part of our services, we will evaluate your campaign and keep a close eye on it. We will inform you of the progress it’s making and we will work closely with you to ensure it is going in the right direction.
We will assess how the campaign performs against specific goals you have set out before it starts and provide reporting to reflect the performance. If you’re not sure what the goals/KPI measures should be, then that’s not a problem. We will work with you to set this up.
Can you guarantee results within a specific timeframe?
We will be realistic with your potential results. However, we cannot always guarantee a specific outcome (such as ranking, ROI, number of likes on a post), hence why marketing efforts are an investment that can mature at different times.
We will be transparent with you and work with you to achieve your goal. As part of our Happiness Guarantee, we will work with you and ensure you’re happy with our products and services.
How often will results be reported?
We can provide bespoke monthly performance reports which include all the metrics that are important to you. Your Account Manager will spend time taking you through these reports explaining all the data, performance metrics and the work we’ve been doing.
What are the terms and conditions?
Do I have to sign up to a contract?
Yes, the type of contract depends on the service we provide based on your needs. We will pull the relevant documents together to outline what service we offer you and what it entails.
