Why choose LoudLocal when I can hire a digital marketing person in-house?
There are pros and cons to employing someone to manage your digital marketing. It all depends on what your business needs are and what your business strategy is.
Hiring in-house may result in the individual excelling in one area, such as branding design. Still, they may not have experience or the ability to execute social media strategy, digital strategy, email campaigns, ad placement, storyboarding and more. Meaning, what your staff produce may not meet your expectations and it will take longer to achieve your goals.

How do you communicate with clients on progress? Do you use any tool or resource to share information?
We use an array of communication methods to make sure you are aware of where we are. We’ll arrange a call/meeting/update email based on what you prefer. Some clients prefer us to have weekly calls to run through progress updates on projects, while some clients will only want monthly updates or reports.
Do you require advance payments for your services?
For bespoke services, we may need advance payments, depending on the project or service. Our online packages do require a payment upfront, followed by monthly or annual payments.
Who do I call if I have a problem or need help?
How do you bill for expenses? Are they invoiced or marked-up?
Most expenses are marked up and included in the cost. Where they are not marked up, we will let you know of the price and ensure we receive approval from you in the first instance and include it in your invoice. Where an expense is substantial, we will bill you before purchasing.
Who will have the creative control?
You will have full creative control.
Would you reassess my own strategy or ideas?
If you need support with building a marketing strategy, we will work with you to assess and create one. The best thing about working with us is that we will present ideas, suggest improvements and provide an objective opinion where relevant.
What do you consider a project? Do you charge extra? If you do, how much?
A project is a change to the current marketing methods—for example, a new product launch, email campaign, promotional offers and more.
We have a wide range of services that can support you with projects. We even have a qualified PRINCE2 Agile project manager to hand.

When will I see initial results from Social Media Management efforts?
From the beginning, it generally takes 6 – 18 months to see initial results, although this can vary from business to business.
You may be able to increase your chances of seeing results sooner. It will involve a more robust social media strategy, more investment, more planning and more time spent on each aspect of social media. It is one of those areas where shortcuts are not advisable and will not bring benefits sooner.
The key is to stick to it and not deviate from it if you feel you’re not getting anywhere within a couple of months – This will take time, but it will ultimately be worth every effort.

Can you guarantee results within a specific timeframe?
We will be realistic with your potential results. However, we cannot always guarantee a specific outcome (such as ranking, ROI, number of likes on a post), hence why marketing efforts are an investment that can mature at different times.
